Separate standard operating procedures (SOPs) are maintained and followed for each of the processes: handling of raw material, quality control and warehouse management.

• The raw material used is absolutely non-toxic and is procured from reliable vendors such as M/s. Reliance Industries. It is thoroughly checked before the commencement of the production process.

• Stringent quality control checks for safety, hygiene, dimensional accuracy and strength are performed by our experienced quality personnel at regular intervals to ensure that the requisite quality standards are maintained right from the start of the production process till the dispatch of the finished product.

We possess state-of-the-art and modern infrastructural facilities handled by experts who ensure optimum production and quality. The machines are kept in order and upgraded consistently to keep pace with the continuous changes in the requirements of the pharma packaging industry.

We boast of a capacious warehouse consisting of separate sections for the stocking and storage of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods. We are an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 15378 and GMP certified firm. We also process DMF type III certification and CE compliance for US and UK markets.
